Integrative Medical Massage is outcome based, focused work intended to reduce pain, improve movement, assist in repair of soft tissue, decompress joints, tendons and ligaments, or be supportive care during illness. Often this involves working closely with doctor or adjunct providers. Please be prepared to bring copies of X-ray or MRI reports for review, and to complete a detailed health history questionnaire. The therapist can choose several techniques including Neuromuscular Therapies, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Lymphatic massage, Polarity, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Kinesiotaping, Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy for better and faster recovery.

During the month of March, I am offering a 3 or 5 session package with my old price 60 min. - $100, 90 min, - $145 with cash, check or Venmo. One package limit per client. The expiration date for the sessions in the package is one year.
After 15 years working from home office, I am finally moving to a professional space at 2010 W.120th Ave. #105, Westminster CO 80234. I will have my own room at the office shared with a chiropractor and another massage therapist from April 1st, 2025. It has a waiting area, two bathrooms, plenty of parking and a park nearby. My working hours are 12pm - 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays and 11am - 5pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.
